I've always been one that loves to eat but it wasn't till later in life that I grew a strong affinity for good food. Whether it's at a new restaurant, an old haunt or my home kitchen I always find myself thinking "what could make this better?" Sometimes the answer is absolutely nothing...ond others...well other times the dish just leaves a bit too much up to the imagination.
